Idea Teknoloji is a software company that offers solutions in three main areas: Bioinformatics, Operational Business Applications, and E-Government Solutions. Since its establishment in 2005, Idea Teknoloji has become a trusted long-term business partner for multinational companies in five continents through its enterprise applications.

We develop innovative, interdisciplinary solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence across specialized technical domains:

Bioinformatics: We deliver end-to-end solutions aimed at accelerating rare disease diagnostics from sample collection to final clinical evaluation. Our capabilities encompass genomics, transcriptomics, and scRNA-Seq data analysis and AI-driven clinical variant interpretation and pathogenicity classification. To manage growing international collaborations and market demand, we founded Gene2Info (with Multigen Health Services) in 2018 to deliver diagnostic and treatment solutions for rare diseases in over 40 countries.

Enterprise AI & Predictive Intelligence: We leverage AI for financial document analysis (e-ledger, financial statements, transactional data), fraud detection, pattern recognition, and computer vision. Our capabilities also extend to natural language processing, text-to-speech, speech-to-text applications, and PII masking for high-compliance environments.

Agentic Systems & Software Automation: We engineer advanced multistep agentic workflows, custom agent loops, dynamic orchestration, AI-assisted code generation, and smart annotation systems to accelerate software delivery and process automation.

In 2014, Idea Teknoloji was awarded an R&D Center Certificate by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under Law No. 5746 on Support of Research and Development Activities. Since then, we have successfully conducted over 20 projects funded by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) in collaboration with top-tier universities, enterprise partners, government agencies, and hospitals. Additionally, Idea Teknoloji possesses proven experience in international R&D collaboration, having been selected as an industrial partner in European Union funding consortia.
