Merlyn . is a Türkiye-based mobility technology company developing electric vehicles, intelligent vehicle platforms and software solutions for sustainable urban mobility.
Merlyn’s first vehicle platform is Merlyn V1, a compact electric microcar concept designed for efficient, low-emission urban mobility. Through this work, Merlyn has developed experience in electric vehicle systems, battery operations, fleet use cases, urban mobility business models and charging-related operational challenges.
Building on the V1 platform, Merlyn is also developing Merlyn V2, its next-generation electric urban vehicle platform. V2 is being conceived with a software-defined and autonomy-ready architecture, enabling future integration of ADAS/ADS technologies, advanced connectivity and intelligent fleet operations. The platform is intended for shared mobility, autonomous mobility and other high-utilization urban fleet applications.
In parallel, Merlyn is developing Avalon OS, an AI-driven EV fleet charging optimization platform designed for cities, fleet operators, car-sharing services, local energy communities and charging infrastructure providers.
Avalon OS helps improve vehicle utilization, fleet readiness, charger utilization, charging downtime, energy cost efficiency and operational performance. The platform acts as an operational orchestration layer for electric fleets by using fleet, charging and operational data to create digital twin-based simulations, test charging scenarios, define baseline KPIs and support smarter charging decisions.
Merlyn is currently looking for pilot and technology partners across both its vehicle and software activities. For Avalon OS, we are interested in collaborating with municipalities, energy communities, EV fleet operators, car-sharing operators, charging infrastructure providers, CPOs, CPMS providers, universities and research organizations for pilot projects focused on EV fleet charging optimization, digital twins and data-driven urban mobility.
For Merlyn V2, we are particularly interested in technology and development partnerships related to autonomous driving, ADAS/ADS integration, vehicle compute, sensing, connectivity, fleet management and next-generation shared mobility applications.
