TPG Cleantech / The Pham’s Genius Inc. is a Canadian clean-technology company developing breakthrough concepts for future energy, clean water, hydrogen infrastructure, and modular industrial systems.

Our flagship concept is OEE–S2S/P2C, a modular nearshore/offshore platform designed to convert seawater and solar energy into two strategic outputs: clean water today and green hydrogen/LH2 infrastructure tomorrow.

The system uses floating solar-water harvesting branches to produce low-salinity condensate through solar-thermal phase-change separation. Condensate and photovoltaic electricity are then routed to centralized harvest nodes, where electrolysis, hydrogen processing, liquefaction, storage, and marine or industrial supply can be performed under controlled conditions.

This architecture is designed to reduce dependence on conventional desalination, avoid direct seawater electrolysis risks, and support phased deployment from small coastal pilots to large nearshore or offshore clean-energy hubs.

TPG Cleantech is also developing a supply-chain model for modular equipment, recycled-material components, replacement kits, harvest-node integration, and future OEM licensing for LH2 systems.
