Electricity Generation from Low-Temperature Waste Heat
R&D Engineer; Intellectual Property Specialist at RePG Energy Systems Industry and Trade Inc.

About
RePG develops innovative electricity generation technologies from low-temperature waste heat generated by industrial processes.
The technology is based on an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system designed to convert low-temperature waste heat into electrical energy. It can utilize different waste heat sources, including oil, water, steam and other industrial heat sources, providing a flexible solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
The system enables electricity generation from waste heat sources with temperatures as low as 55°C and offers scalable electrical generation capacities from 1 kW to 1 MW. Its modular architecture allows the system to be adapted to different heat sources, operating conditions and power requirements.
By converting otherwise unused low-temperature waste heat into electricity, RePG’s technology enables industrial facilities to generate additional electrical energy on-site, improve overall energy efficiency, reduce energy costs and decrease carbon emissions.
