TRT seeks Horizon Europe 2027 Consortia, Public-Service Media, Pilots & Audience Engagement

Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), Türkiye’s public-service media organisation, is looking to join emerging Horizon Europe 2027 consortia as a project partner.

TRT operates 18 television channels, 17 radio channels and extensive digital platforms and services, reaching international audiences in 41 languages and dialects through a global network that also includes 19 international representative offices.

We are particularly interested in proposals where a major public-service media organisation can contribute beyond conventional communication and dissemination, including:

• co-design of media, audiovisual and user-facing digital use cases;

• potential real-world pilot, demonstration and validation activities in relevant media and digital environments, subject to project scope and institutional arrangements;

• end-user and audience engagement, co-creation, user testing and feedback;

• technology adoption, acceptance and trust, accessibility, inclusion, digital/media literacy and societal uptake;

• multilingual content production, localisation and large-scale public communication;

• stakeholder engagement, communication, dissemination, exploitation and impact activities;

• international outreach, events, training and knowledge-transfer activities.

Our priority areas include human-centric digital technologies, Virtual Worlds and Web 4.0, future and emerging digital technologies, trustworthy and responsible technology adoption, Smart Mobility/CCAM, and other technology domains where citizen and end-user engagement is integral to project impact.

We are particularly interested in discussions around HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-HUMAN-02, HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-10 and HORIZON-CL5-2027-06-D6-05, while remaining open to other relevant Horizon Europe 2027 topics where TRT can undertake a substantive end-user, pilot, engagement, adoption or impact role.

TRT is looking to connect with existing or emerging consortia coordinated by universities, RTOs, technology companies, public institutions or experienced Horizon Europe coordinators.
