I am a legal counsel specializing in commercial law, with a particular focus on copyright, trademark, design, and unfair competition.

I assist entrepreneurs in protecting their assets from unfair actions by others and in maximizing the benefits of these assets. To achieve this, I plan and effectively implement legal strategies, including drafting and negotiating contracts, creating IP rights management procedures, providing ongoing IP advice and mentoring, and defending clients' rights in courts, including the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg.

I also conduct training sessions for entrepreneurs and schools, disseminating knowledge about what intellectual property is, why it is crucial to protect it, and how to succeed with intellectual property rights.
