HYDROFA Co., Ltd. (Busan, Korea) develops energy equipment for the hydrogen and CCUS value chain: compact hydrogen purification units (PSA, high-purity H2 for fuel cells and industry), blue hydrogen (SMR combined with CO2 capture and utilisation), and CO2 capture and liquefaction systems. At Hydrogen & CCUS Connect we are looking for EPCs, port, refinery, steel and chemical operators for pilot and PoC projects, and for German component and engineering partners.
Hydro Fa (Busan, Korea) automates weld inspection. Its AI-RTIS system combines a scanner for radiographic films with on-site AI that sorts five types of weld defect in under a second per film, catching at least 95% of them. Reports are generated automatically to the main industry standards (ASME V, API 1104, ISO 17636). Today, certified inspectors read these films by hand, which takes 4–8 hours per batch. Hydro Fa has three proof-of-concept sites in Korea and sells the system outright, as software-as-a-service, or as a per-report service.
Germany is Europe’s largest market for non-destructive testing, and hydrogen and carbon-capture projects need reliable weld inspection. Hydro Fa wants CE marking through a German notified body such as TÜV by 2027. In Germany it is looking for testing service providers and plant operators for pilot projects, introductions to TÜV, BAM and industrial users, and European investors for a Series A.
Skid-type PSA hydrogen purification for electrolysis, SMR and by-product hydrogen. Looking for EPCs, hydrogen hub operators and industrial users for pilot or PoC projects in Germany and the EU.
CO2 capture, purification and liquefaction units for industrial point sources and blue hydrogen (SMR+CCU). Seeking CCUS project developers, emitters (waste-to-energy, steel, chemicals) and port partners for pilots.
