ISOflanges GmbH develops and manufactures insulating flange connections and sealing systems for utility companies (DSOs), pipeline and network operators (TSOs), chemical and petrochemical companies, and cathodic corrosion protection (CCP) specialists who refuse to compromise on the critical interfaces of their assets.

Our core portfolio includes high-performance insulating flange connections, insulating gasket kits, black-and-white gaskets, and lightning-current-conducting sealing solutions. These products are widely used in the oil and gas industry, energy transmission and distribution networks, refineries, power plants, and renewable energy applications.

Our solutions provide reliable galvanic isolation of cathodic corrosion protection systems and are suitable for all media, from conventional natural gas to 100% hydrogen and CO₂, including custom-engineered solutions for demanding operating conditions.

Key applications include gas transmission and distribution networks, main gas metering and regulating stations (MMRS), gas pressure regulating stations (MRS/RS), district heating systems, compressor and pumping stations, tanks and storage facilities, as well as hydrogen, CO₂, biomethane, biogas, ammonia, LNG, LPG and CNG infrastructure.

Within the energy transition, our products support H₂ production, storage and distribution, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU), e-fuels and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) facilities, waste-to-energy plants, power-to-gas and gas-to-power applications, maritime bunkering solutions, FPSO and FSRU units, refrigeration and heating skids, and a wide range of greenfield, brownfield, maintenance and retrofit projects.

ISOflanges insulating flange connections are permanently technically tight, maintenance-free, RGD-tested for CO₂ applications, and verified for 100% hydrogen service. All products are DVGW type-certified, designed in accordance with applicable international standards and regulations, and subjected to 100% factory testing, including leak, hydrostatic, high-voltage and direct-voltage testing. Inspection documentation is available up to EN 10204 3.2 certification by TÜV or customer-specified third-party inspectors.
