Tobias Harringer

I am a Master’s student in Quantitative Finance with a strong interest in sports analytics. In my thesis, I developed and applied a pitch control model. Building on that work, I created a novel metric, xPV (expected PassValue), which combines pitch control and pitch value to enable a holistic analysis of passing situations. I am particularly interested in working with tracking data to gain novel insights.
