MIOR B.V. is a Netherlands-based accessibility company developing practical and digital solutions for safer, faster and more reliable accessibility assessment and assistive device planning.

Our physical product line includes modular portable ramp systems designed for entrances, thresholds, steps and temporary accessibility needs. This gives us direct practical experience with real-world accessibility barriers and implementation challenges.

In parallel, MIOR B.V. is developing WEXAR Assessment: an AR/AI-supported accessibility assessment platform for homes, public spaces and rehabilitation workflows. WEXAR focuses on spatial measurement, accessibility evidence collection, assistive device planning and professional reporting. The platform is being designed to help identify barriers such as level changes, thresholds, narrow doorways, insufficient manoeuvring space, bathroom transfer limitations and other mobility-related obstacles.

Our goal is to support professionals, healthcare organisations, municipalities and individuals with a more structured way to assess accessibility needs and plan suitable solutions. Instead of relying only on manual measurements or fragmented site visits, WEXAR aims to combine AR/LiDAR-based capture, rule-based assessment, AI-supported recommendations and clear reporting.
