Connecthink is an AI company building explainable, graph-based Generative AI for real-world operations. Our platform, GenInContext, creates Cognitive Digital Twins (CDT) that model content, devices, users, intents/journeys and business rules, so information and decisions can be consumed safely by both humans and AI agents.

For the ISE ecosystem, we apply this approach to AV, digital signage and smart venues. We transform fragmented content libraries, live data feeds and technical documentation into a governed knowledge layer that powers LLM-native experiences: venue-aware conversational assistants, adaptive web experiences, smart wayfinding, personalised signage and agentic workflows for operators and integrators.

Our technology combines knowledge graphs, hybrid retrieval (RAG + graph retrieval) and governance modules (policies, permissions, provenance and audit logs) so every answer, recommendation or action is traceable, explainable and aligned with editorial, business and regulatory constraints. We work with industry and public-sector organisations that want to move from static content and dashboards to AI-driven, context-aware experiences that scale across channels, venues and languages.
