The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is an intergovernmental organisation founded in 2008 as the successor to the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe. It is headquartered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a liaison office in Brussels. The RCC brings together 46 participants, including countries from South East Europe, the European Union, and international organisations, to foster regional cooperation and support Euro-Atlantic integration. Its work focuses on areas such as building a Common Regional Market, advancing the Green Agenda, promoting digital transformation, and strengthening security and stability across the Western Balkans.
