Blum Scientific Research Institute for Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Robotic Systems is Bosnia and Herzegovina's first dedicated AI research institute, founded with the vision of propelling the country to the forefront of the global AI revolution.

Established in Sarajevo and founded by Bloomteq (Ilirya Tech Group), the Institute is named after Emerik Blum, whose visionary leadership at Energoinvest symbolized economic development and technological excellence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
