Focused on developing tailor-made Lean-Kaizen style business transformational programs based on client’s needs.

·         Associate partner of a global team of senior industry experts in a Californian-based boutique consultancy, supporting clients in resolving business and operational challenges with new product development and market introduction (NPD/NPI), process innovation, and suppliers’ integration. Provided tailor-made virtual and face-to-face training workshops, coached leadership and executed performance improvement programs for several (1b EUR+) global companies.

·         As part of a network of senior industry experts and experienced (ex-Big Four) consultants, engineered tailor-made solutions for SME clients to address supply chain challenges in managing costs and the supply base. Developed a comprehensive supply chain cost model which assumed introduction of the returnable packaging concept, resulting in 30% cost efficiency potential for a global fresh produce supply chain.
