Training, consulting, mentoring, facilitating and researching services to state + non-state actors in the following fields: a) Project Development and Management (PCM-LFA, PCM-CLA, ToC, PM2, GPM, Agile); b) Organization Development and Management (Organizational, Institutional and Cultural Capacity Analysis; Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis; Action Planning; Strategic Planning; Strategic Communication; Constituency Relation; Change Management; Knowledge Management; MEL; Leadership; Advocacy; Team Building; Training for Trainers); c) Good Governance Development (Public Participation, Anti-corruption Mechanisms, Transparent Public Financing, Advocacy and Lobbying, Issue Based Networking and Managing); d) Public Policies Assessment (Children, Youth Employment, Youth Participation, Women Participation, Women Empowerment, Gender Sensitization, Rural Development, Environment).

Networking and partnership building (of state and non-state actors on local, cross border, international and cross sector levels);Team building and staff retreating services to companies aiming at building team cohesion and participatory strategic decision making.
