Innovation Hive is a private non-profit organisation, located in Larissa, Greece. Its actions are fully aligned with EU priorities in order to address the current needs of young people, especially of those at risk of marginalisation and social exclusion. 

Through several initiatives, as well as an active and continuous involvement in youth communities at regional, national and European level, InnoHive contributes to bridging the gap between youth and society. Our organization aims to equip youth clusters with the right skills and qualifications to meet today’s labour market needs by creating diverse, attractive and innovative educational methods and materials that ultimately tackle youth unemployment and the skills gap.

Among our company's main goals is to offer the young generation equal opportunities to become active citizens of a diverse and democratic society, drive positive change inspired by EU values and a European identity, and achieve their personal development and growth. In this direction, Innovation Hive designs and implements actions that maximise the impact of youth footprint to the society, reinforcing civic participation in EU youth policymaking by engaging youth in training activities, programmes, consultancy sessions and debates that encourage them to achieve their fullest potential as global citizens.
