Center for Digital Transformation Serbia

The Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) is an advisory center for Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity, affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS). CDT has an institutional mandate to accelerate digital adoption among Serbian Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and Public Sector Institutions. It links National Policy, the Business Community and the Technology Ecosystem.

What We Do

• Digital Transformation and AI Support Programs for MSMEs. CDT runs structured national programs in which Certified Consultants assess Digital and AI Maturity, design Transformation Roadmaps, and support implementation in companies across Serbia.

• AI Ecosystem Development. CDT operates the AI4SME Serbia Portal (ai4sme.cdt.org.rs), built with the support of the Government of Serbia, AI Singapore and the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI). The portal connects SMEs with AI Solution Providers, publishes use cases,s and hosts the GPAI AIMIND AI Maturity Index. CDT also runs dedicated programs for AI Solution Providers.

• Cybersecurity for SMEs. CDT conducts Cyber Maturity Assessments, raises awareness, and builds capacity so companies can comply with NIS2-aligned national requirements.

• CDT Digital Academy. The Academy offers Training, workshops, and Certification Paths in AI, Digital Transformatio,n and Cybersecurity for managers, employees, and Public Sector professionals.

• Policy and Strategic Partnerships. CDT is a named partner in implementing the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Serbia 2025–2030. It works with International Organizations, Development Partners, Universities and Industry on joint initiatives across the Western Balkans and the European Union.

Our Approach
CDT combines a Public Mandate with practical delivery. Every engagement starts with an evidence-based Maturity Assessment and moves on to measurable results. Our work follows EU frameworks, including the Digital Decade targets, the EU AI Act and NIS2. This helps Serbian businesses become competitive, trustworthy, and ready for the EU Single Market.
