RELDAVO is a digital platform being developed to make international workforce recruitment more transparent, organised and accessible. It connects employers with workers and supports them through key stages of the recruitment process, from presenting profiles and skills to coordinating communication, documents and progress.

The platform is designed for cross-border cooperation between employers, workers and recruitment partners, with a focus on European labour markets. RELDAVO aims to make responsibilities and process status clearer for everyone involved. Its model is employer-paid: workers are not charged recruitment fees. RELDAVO supports coordination and access to information; employment and immigration decisions remain with the relevant employers and authorities.
