Eneca is NGO/ BSO established in 2005 in Nis, Serbia and actively working for 18 years in fields of support to entrepreneurs and SMEs, employment and selfemployment, education both business and vocational, smart specialisation but also supporting innovations and knowledge transfer , envirionment protection and green agenda ( especially green financing, EE and RE), adaptation to climate change and mitigation of riks as well as EU integration of Serbia. We are team of 12 economic, financial and EE and RE experts and have tehcnical and financial capacities as well as references for implementation of diffrent projects. We cooperate mostly with EU, but also donor institutions and organisations like USAID, UNDP, UNOPS. Also we are official EU Resource center for Civil Society Organisations for SouthEast Serbia and expert center for Social entreprises, Economic Development, Competitive policies 2023-2026
