Dieter Brigitta

Throughout Dieter BRIGITTA's career, he managed different types of funding measures in both national and international settings. After a first experience at the Flemish ministry of agriculture where he managed subsidies for agro-economic and environmental advisory services, he became a grants consultant, writing funding applications for diverse companies and research organisations. In 2012, Dieter started working for the European Commission's DG RTD, where he was a project officer for 2.5 years, managing R&D funding for agri-food projects. Since 2015, Dieter works for BBI JU, which became CBE JU in 2021. First as a Project Officer, and since 2022 as the Call Coordinator of CBE JU, Dieter has acquired a broad knowledge of European circular bio-based industries, and which funding opportunities are available to further strengthen this sector.
