I train and mentor young physicians, especially family medicine residents, helping them grow into confident and competent sub-investigators.

My expertise includes clinical trial operations, GCP compliance, medical education, team leadership, and primary care innovation.
I enjoy creating solutions that improve the quality of care, strengthen teamwork, and make clinical research more accessible for both patients and clinicians.

In my role, I combine practical experience with a long-term vision for systemic change.
I support neurodiversity, value different ways of thinking, and use creativity and adaptability in everyday work.

I am open to cooperation with organizations interested in clinical research development, digital tools, training programs, pilot projects, and innovative solutions in primary care.
