Traces&Dreams

Traces&Dreams is a distinctive strategic and methodological partner for Horizon Europe consortia, working in the space between technical innovation and societal uptake — a dimension that is often recognised as important, but not always fully integrated into project design.

We strengthen projects from within through proposal development, knowledge brokerage, futures literacy, narrative development and societal impact design. Our contribution can include impact pathways, stakeholder and citizen engagement, capacity building, future scenarios, SSH-informed approaches to adoption, trust, skills, behavioural and cultural change, and responsible technology uptake.

We support both proposal writing and implementation, translating these dimensions into concrete tasks, deliverables, KPIs and work package contributions.

Our role is not simply to communicate project results, but to help consortia understand how innovation connects with people, institutions and possible futures — and to turn that understanding into stronger project architecture, engagement processes and pathways to impact.

Based in Stockholm and working with colleagues across Europe, we contribute from proposal development through implementation and long-term uptake.
