About

The International Centre for Climate Change Research and Studies (CSRCC) is a research centre based in Venice, Italy, dedicated to advancing knowledge and action on climate change.

We work at the interface of climate science, policy and society, fostering collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders to support climate adaptation, resilience and sustainability transitions.

Leveraging Venice and its lagoon as a unique living laboratory, we are particularly interested in Horizon Europe collaborations related to:

• Transformative change for biodiversity and sustainability

• Nature restoration and living labs

• Climate adaptation and coastal resilience

• Stakeholder engagement and participatory approaches

• Science-policy interfaces

• Futures and sustainability pathways

CSRCC can contribute expertise in transdisciplinary research, climate adaptation, coastal and urban resilience, stakeholder engagement, assessment processes, science-policy dialogue and dissemination.

We are especially interested in projects exploring how scientific knowledge, governance, stakeholder participation and societal change can support transformative pathways towards a nature-positive future.
