The Dairy Industry Innovation Institute Ltd. is a private entity, founded and owned by the "Mlekpol" Dairy Cooperative in Grajewo. The Institute’s activities include conducting research and development work, providing expertise in the field of dairy science, and performing professional laboratory analyses for dairy industry companies and entities cooperating with the dairy industry. The Institute’s research and development activities are carried out in the areas of designing and developing new innovative, health-promoting, and functional dairy products, as well as research and development work aimed at improving the quality and safety of dairy products. The Institute also works on enhancing the functional characteristics of existing dairy products. The IIPM Research Laboratory holds PCA Accreditation Certificate No. 1447 and specializes in conducting analyses of milk and dairy products. Most of the analyses are carried out according to International ISO/IDF Standards, a significant portion of which are reference methods.
