BioLynx is a Spanish life-sciences talent community and capacity building platform dedicated to strengthening the professionalisation of researchers and innovation actors across the deep-tech ecosystem. Through targeted educational initiatives for scientists, entrepreneurs and early-stage innovators, BioLynx collaborates with research centres, incubators and technology infrastructures to develop transversal skills in industry engagement, entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer.

Its experience in designing training programmes and building scientific communities positions the organisation to support the adoption and scaling of professionalisation frameworks across diverse institutions, enhancing engagement with industry and innovation actors beyond the core consortium and contributing to the emergence of a more connected and collaborative technology infrastructures’ ecosystem.
