ODYSSEA

Odyssea is a non-profit organisation in Greece dedicated to empowering vulnerable and underrepresented groups through high-quality vocational training, life-skills development, and personalised employability services. Since 2016, Odyssea has supported over 11,000 beneficiaries, offering free, inclusive pathways to skills development and access to meaningful employment. The organisation operates three key hubs: the Odyssea Academy in Athens, a state-of-the-art VET centre with hands-on training labs; the Youth Center Thessaloniki, providing vocational training, youth activation, and employability support; and the Athens Job Center, offering career counselling, CV/interview preparation, and job-matching through a network of 500+ employers. With strong expertise in VET delivery, digital training tools, youth empowerment, employer engagement, and support for refugees and vulnerable groups, Odyssea achieves impactful results—45% of trained beneficiaries successfully enter employment. Odyssea brings solid experience in EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, CERV, national schemes) and contributes reliable implementation capacity, innovative methodologies, and deep community reach to collaborative initiatives.
