InfraTransProject (ITP) was founded in 1991 by a multidisciplinary group of engineers with over 20 years of shared experience in state research, study, and design institutions. During Albania’s transition to a market economy, ITP emerged as a reliable private alternative to the former state institutes and quickly became a reference firm for transport infrastructure projects, distinguished by its technical expertise and institutional knowledge.
