DevelopMinded is an execution-driven Impact, Exploitation and Market Uptake partner and SME for Horizon Europe consortia and deep-tech teams. We help translate project results into credible pathways to use, spanning adoption by industrial and public stakeholders, partner-led productisation, and downstream uptake, implementation and commercialisation routes.

Many deep-tech projects struggle to convert outputs into market uptake conditions such as validated use cases, measurable evidence, ownership clarity and continuation routes. We strengthen this bridge by running the market-facing and exploitation workstream alongside the technical work, so projects can conclude with measurable outcomes and a continuation route beyond the grant.

We join proposals and projects as the partner that turns research and pilots into real world uptake. While technical partners focus on development, we lead the commercialisation work so the project delivers results that are usable, provable and ready to continue after the grant.

·        Turn impact, exploitation and market commercialisation into a workable plan: We build clear adoption plans with measurable KPIs and set up the exploitation structure so everyone knows what they own, how decisions are made and how value is captured. We help the consortium choose the most realistic route forward, whether that is productisation, licensing, joint ventures, spin-outs, or a follow-on consortium.

·        Bring the right validators and adopters in early: We involve end-users, testbeds, integrators, industry and other key actors so that pilots produce evidence that stands up to scrutiny. We define who validates what, where it happens and what success looks like before time and budget are spent.

·        Create the demand while delivery is happening: We run structured customer discovery and partner outreach, build an early-adopter pipeline and turn outputs into decision-ready materials such as value cases, proof points linked to pilot KPIs, adoption assets and next-step milestones.

DevelopMinded is actively focused on specific domains such as advanced materials, energy storage & grids, robotics/autonomous systems, AI-enabled manufacturing/digital twins, sensing/inspection and defence/security/space. We also work across cross-cutting digital technologies including data, cloud & edge integration, semiconductors & sensors, digital twins & simulation, cybersecurity & trust and AI & advanced analytics.

We support consortia across Horizon Europe RIA’s, IA’s and EIC Transition, tailoring our work to what each project type must prove and deliver.

·        RIA - turn research outputs into validated use cases, clear value propositions, and an evidence plan that makes exploitation credible.

·        IA - convert pilots into rollout-ready solutions with replication plans, buyer-ready value cases, and executable scale pathways.

·        EIC Transition - move from proof of concept to TRL 5/6 validation with market validation, a monetisation route, and a continuation plan beyond the grant.

Horizon Europe projects are most successful when impact, exploitation, market uptake and commercialisation are treated as dedicated execution workstreams.
