HORIZON-CL4-2026-01-MAT-PROD-44: Attracting management talent for capacity building for Technology Infrastructures staff members
business developper at ENGIE Lab CRIGEN
STAINS, France
About
Dual perspective:
- Industrial user of the technological infrastructure of its research center, and those of its partners, for the needs of its operational entities
- Industrial research center with a technological testing infrastructure offering testing services to its entities and wishing to open it up more broadly to external third parties
Contributions to the project:
- Insight into the skills needed to meet the expectations of industrial users in conducting tests, based on experience working with equipment manufacturers, SMEs, startups, etc.
- Identification of its own strengths and limitations to overcome
- Definition of current obstacles (organizational, governance, etc.) to make the technological infrastructure of private research centers more accessible to external third parties (SMEs, startups, etc.)
- Contribution to defining the training and skills development challenges to facilitate the integration of the needs of potential external users of this technological infrastructure
- Exploring opportunities for the exchange of experiences, mobility, and concrete synergies that could be achieved between the public and private technological infrastructures
