About
MOSAIC (MOdular Soft‑skills through Arts‑Integrated Collaboration) develops, tests and disseminates arts‑integrated frameworks and model interventions that enhance soft skills across public and private sectors, with a primary lever in VET and workforce upskilling/reskilling.
Teaching and learning is delivered via Human–Human–AI triads (AI formative only—no grading, no emotion inference, no profiling) with a robust offline parity mechanism via printed “AI cards,” enabling deployment in constrained settings and transfer across EU sites. The project delivers a KPI catalogue and evaluation playbook (quantitative + qualitative), a train‑the‑trainer academy for facilitators, and a strengthened transnational network supported by cascade funding for artist residencies.
