MECASYS s.r.o. is a Slovak company with 19 years of experience in high-precision CNC machining and the development of advanced technological solutions for demanding applications, including aerospace, space, and defense.

We specialize in:
– high-precision 5-axis and 10-axis CNC machining with tolerances up to ±0.01 mm, and EDM technologies with tolerances down to ±0.003 mm,
– production of custom metal components and assemblies, including support frames, test fixtures, and connector modules,
– design and development of parts using SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion,
– 3D CMM measurements at micron-level precision, in-house quality control, and AS9100 readiness,
– applied research in Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) coatings on magnesium alloys (AZ31B) for aerospace and space applications,
– development of tools for AI-based automation of manufacturing and quotation processes.

We are actively seeking opportunities to participate as a demonstration and development SME partner in international research and innovation consortia under Horizon Europe and ESA programmes, particularly in the fields of digital manufacturing, advanced materials, and Industry 5.0.
We have experience in international cooperation and collaborate with research institutions such as the University of Žilina.
