PARADIGMA INNOVATION is a research and consulting SME based in Alicante, Spain, specialising in supporting EU-funded projects through evidence-based policy recommendations, Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) research, and gender analysis. Their mission is to enhance the societal impact, inclusiveness, and scientific quality of European initiatives by integrating SSH perspectives and promoting gender equality. With a team of interdisciplinary experts—over 80% holding PhDs in fields such as law, public administration, and philosophy—they provide strategic and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal development to implementation and evaluation. Since 2016, the team of PARADIGMA INNOVATION has contributed to more than 30 EU-funded projects across programmes like Horizon Europe, ERASMUS+, and ISF, collaborating with a network of over 250 institutions across Europe.
