In Smart Manufacturing, CogniSensus is focusing on promoting, Industry 5.0 principles by developing and integrating customised industrial sorting systems. CogniSensus offers comprehensive Industrial-scale Material Sorting Suites powered by in-house AI-driven algorithms and precise soritng systems, capable of intelligently analyzing, classifying and separating various material streams, including minerals, plastics, textiles, wood and more.

Under Earth Observation, CogniSensus is working on technologies for the Collection of In-Situ Data for Calibration and Validation (Cal/Val) Activities and Generation of Analysis Ready Data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of remote sensing data, which is crucial for applications in agriculture, water and air quality management and beyond.

For Extended Reality (XR) applications, CogniSensus is developing applications to raise awareness and increase user engagement in infotainment and for training in complex and demanding environments, such as factory worker assistance scenarios.
