About me

As the CEO of Netcube, I am pleased to introduce our organization to the Horizon Europe Cluster 4 community. My career has been dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical network standards and high-impact commercial reality. I look forward to exploring how Netcube can contribute to Europe’s "Digital, Industry and Space" objectives through our expertise in secure, converged infrastructure.

At Netcube, our philosophy is distinct: We don’t just apply AI; we build the carrier-grade platform environments that allow industry convergence to create a vertical integration ecosystem within mobile networks. Our R&D focus areas—Zero Trust Networking, 5G-vertical Network Slicing Management, and AI-on-RAN platform technology—are designed to provide the architectural backbone for this convergence.

A Track Record of Large-Scale Success

Our technical leadership is grounded in proven, real-world implementations that align with the scale and ambition of Cluster 4:

  • Public Sector Leadership: I have spearheaded the successful deployment of 5G-based Smart Workplace projects for multiple Korean ministries and government agencies. These projects established secure, high-mobility environments for public officials, proving the viability of 5G for mission-critical government administration.

  • Standards Contribution: My commitment to global interoperability is reflected in my experience as a delegate to 3GPP SA2 (Architecture) and SA3 (Security). This ensures that Netcube’s platforms are built on a foundation of international compliance and "Security-by-Design."

  • Commercial Scalability: We have a history of delivering advanced, secure networking platforms for major enterprise customers, integrating Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) with private 5G to provide the visibility and control necessary for modern digital transformation.

Collaborative Vision

Netcube is eager to bring our experience in vertical-specific slicing and secure mobile infrastructure to Cluster 4 consortiums. We are seeking partners who share our goal of building a resilient, autonomous, and intelligent European digital ecosystem.
