We are a young team consisting of mix of senior and junior engineers. Our senior engineers have a very strong experience in Aerospace designs according to DO254 and ISO 26262. We are continuously growing. We believe that what is needed in order to successfully manage a complex project, a systematic approach is essential. Such an approach can only be realized by implementing quality management processes, which we effectively apply in our projects. Processes that we use can be directly mapped to the requirements of the DO254 and ISO26262 standards since they use a structured approach that divides project into successive stages like requirements definition, detailed design etc. Appropriate process documentation allows effective managing of each stage of a project. To be able to run projects in such a manner, a team composed of appropriately skilled people is necessary. We build our team around them, ensuring that our highly skilled engineers work closely with the younger ones to rapidly enhance their experience. This mix allows our clients to achieve good financial efficiency in their projects, as engineers at every level of expertise are assigned tasks suited to their skills. This approach helps avoid situations where a senior engineer is tasked with work that could be handled by a junior, optimizing both productivity and cost-effectiveness. In the near future, we plan to expand our team by acquiring additional smart college graduates.
