Head of R&D with over nine years of experience in textile innovation, sustainable manufacturing, and AI-driven process development. Holding an M.Sc. degree in Textile Engineering. Since 2017, I have been leading the R&D Center at Roteks Tekstil, which was certified by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology. I have managed over 45 national and international R&D projects focusing on process efficiency, AI integration, lifecycle assessment (LCA), environmental footprint reduction, and smart textile applications.

My work bridges scientific research and industrial implementation, with a strong emphasis on digitalization, circular economy, and clean production. I have authored over 22 international and 5 national publications. My patent portfolio includes 9 applications, of which 4 have been granted.

I have partnered on multiple EU-funded projects, including Horizon Europe, Eurostars, and Eureka Cluster initiatives. One of my projects, Intel50001-SCM, received the GEMSTONE Award for Best Impact, and I was also named the Winner of the TechXtile 2025 Innovation League. Additional accolades include the Low Carbon Hero Award, Green Transition Award, and Waste Management Prize for my work in sustainable textiles.

I am continuing to collaborate with universities, industry partners, institutions, and international networks to promote responsible innovation in the textile industry.
