Our main activities include but not limited to: Education and business education for different target groups (young entrepreneurs, startupers,school children, war veterans etc.), Organization and holding conferences, workshops, presentations, open space exchange of experience and other public activities, Business incubator, support of startups, innovation, tech acceleration, Asolutionhub (Absolute Solution Hub) - consulting, coaching, problem solving, expert support for startups, Crowdfunding platform StartEra, oriented at promotion of creative, social and technological projects and community initiatives. So far 10 successful projects were financed with total amount about 700 000 UAH Providing coworking services and access to infrastructure for startups, Publication of manual on startups and acceleration program in partnership with Kingston’s University, Running and providing access to Specialized laboratory for innovations - Tech LabInno, Museum of science and innovations, the BioTech Hub. In our over 2000 sq. m. premises we offer a platform for realization of ideas, the opportunity to work with professionals in different spheres. workshops, training, lectures, competitions of innovative projects and startups, production work in Tech LabInno and space for innovative development. The conference hall and training room are equipped with all needed furniture and hardware. Educational programs/trainings Creative Spark is a Higher Education Entrepreneurship Program in partnership with Kingston University. During 3 years TSUS has developed, implemented and supported around 100 startup projects, organized over 30 competitions, lectures and master classes. Creative Spark is a long term initiative designed for a 5 years period aimed at support of international Universities and institutional partnerships to develop entrepreneurship and creative industries. The project is sponsored by the British Council and foreseens free education for students and young businesses and participation in Big Idea Challenge (international competition of StartUp video patches). Over 1500 persons (18-35 y.o) participated in over 200 training sessions. Startup Breakthrough is a competition of StartUps ensuring long term cooperation of startupers, business, investors and representatives of local government. During 2018-2019 over 50 teams were trained, over 30 businesses were involved, over 100 mentors engaged, over 100 000 UAH investments raised for StartUps. Expected results: development of working business model, gaining skills and experience in innovative and technological startups, materialization of ideas into products, support and consulting in implementation of business ideas. Tech LabInno. Fab Lab (Fabrication laboratory) – global network of digital 3D laboratories with principals of common production. Its mission is to develop innovative technologies by means of providing access to digitalization for startupers. This improves the effectiveness of the educational process and promotes innovative products and technologies in Western Ukraine. Workshops, excursions and teaching 3D printing are also provided. CIG R&D LAB – educational stipendium program of Chernovetskyi Investment Group (CIG) has supported 9 StartUp teams which involved 9 mln UAH of investments. In cooperation with the Department of Education and Science of Lviv Regional State Administration the pilot project of innovative education has been introduced in secondary schools. Tech Startup School and Junior Academy of Science worked out the concept and curriculum (“The steps to StartUp”, 3D modeling, Inventions and entrepreneurship and Basics of RobotoTechnics). 22 schools and 5 technical schools participated in the project, 2 competitions of startups were held for schoolchildren. In 2021-2022 the Summer School on Startups for 20 prominent students winners of national competition in chemistry and biotechnology has been sponsored by Enzyme Corporation (Lviv) within the Creative Spark programme. In 2020 TechStartUp School joined Norway-Ukrainian project NUPASS on retraining and social adaptation of war veterans and former military servicemen which provides education on startups and project management.
