About

Being a coordinator of the consortium in the Horizon project focused on transitioning towards post-quantum cryptography (ID: HORIZON-CL3-2024-CS-01-02), the purpose of the brokerage will be that our brokering activities will be involved in collaborations and funding opportunities that secure cut-edge research and innovation projects.

It will be our task to identify possible partners, initiate the formation of strategic partnerships, and enable access to all indispensable resources and expertise. We have 1-3 years of experience in research, and we have never taken part previously in any proposal/project under H2020 or Horizon Europe. Consequently, we bring fresh eyes and innovative approaches. In the English language, we have a C1 level, which well equips us to effective communication within international consortia and treats it as a vast operational skill.

We would then centralize the role of our contribution in brokering collaboration and knowledge transfer among several entities within Horizon. We are going to participate to a series of networking events and more one to one meeting to match potential partners and answer their questions in a way to offer consultancies for project proposal development and support to European funding applications. In such a way, we work for the response to social challenges and impact the sustainable economic growth of Europe with the developed and implemented innovative solutions.

In our consortium, we aim to bring together leading experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders to collaborate on developing and implementing post-quantum cryptographic solutions. By pooling our resources and expertise, we can tackle the challenges of quantum computing and ensure the resilience of our digital infrastructure against emerging threats.

My personal background is related to Political Science and current a Master in Conflict Analysis and Early Warning, in the field of international relations. As well I was working as a junior researcher at the Romanian Center for Conflict Prevention and Early Warning.
