Dissemination Communication and Exploitation

Metis Baltic carries out the following activities in research and innovation project collaborations, which help consortiums with exploitation activities and increase the visibility of EU’s research funding:

·        Assisting project management team in preparation of successful project proposals by supporting a well-balanced partnership formation, a comprehensive time plan for project execution, and inclusion of societal, legislative, and other non-technical aspects;

·        **Defining and executing exploitation strategies in order to ensure the applicability and efficiency of the developed technologies, prototypes, products,**cts and components within the projects.

·        Defining and executing dissemination activities in order to make the research activities and the progress of technological developments and innovative solutions visible to external communities with potential interest in the project outcome.

·        Defining and executing processes for inter-consortium information exchange to establish a European technological networking platform through which further significant synergies can be achieved
