Rå Hygge – Organic Mushroom Coffee from Scandinavia

Rå Hygge is a Scandinavian pioneer in organic, low-acid specialty coffee infused with functional mushrooms. We combine specialty-grade Arabica beans from small farmer cooperatives in Peru with dual-extracted mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Tremella, Shiitake and Maitake. The result is a unique coffee that supports wellbeing, focus and balance while being gentle on the stomach.

All coffees are roasted in Sweden at our dedicated mushroom coffee roastery – the first of its kind in the world. With a strong commitment to sustainability and fair partnerships with farmers, we aim to make functional coffee both accessible and responsible.

Today, Rå Hygge works with 18 distributors across Europe and is expanding internationally. We support retailers in offering their customers healthier, innovative coffee experiences that care for people, planet and future generations of coffee farmers.
