Gyermelyi Group is a key player in the food industry of Hungary and across the region. Gyermelyi pasta is made from wheat grown by Gyermelyi and ground in its own mills. Eggs from the laying farms of Gyermelyi Group are always processed freshly in the egg processing unit of the Gyermelyi pasta factory. On six modern production lines more than 50.000 tons of dry pasta is manufactured every year, in 50 different shapes. Own ingredients, modern facilities and the experience of many decades guarantee the premium quality of Gyermelyi’s products.

In our unique pasta range you will find all sorts of egg pastas (1-4-8 eggs/kg). Our egg free pastas from soft wheat or durum semolina are also very popular. We sell pastas for end-consumers in retail packages (250 up to 1000 g) and for Horeca partners (5 up to 15 kg bulks) as well.

The Gyermelyi Holding Zrt. is a privately owned group of companies founded in order to efficiently control the complete manufacturing procedure. We produce the wheat seeds in our own Seed Factory and do crop farming on over 9,000 hectares. The three Gyermelyi Mills have a capacity of 190.000 tonnes annually and over 170 million eggs are produced in 5 own laying hen's facilities.

Gyermelyi has long-term national and international supplier relations both in Hungary and in Central Europe with companies like Tesco, Aldi, Auchan, Cora, Leclerc, Metro, Penny, REWE, Spar, Kaufland, Selgros, Profi, Coop and many others, therefore we can assure you to meet even the highest quality standards (certified by IFS Food). All products are labelled in 11 languages, so they sell themselves easy on the foreign markets.
