Our core activities include:

Sourcing and Green Coffee Trading: We select and purchase high-quality green beans that score 80 points or above on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale, often establish direct-trade relationships with farms to ensure traceability, ethical sourcing, and fair prices.

Roasting: This is the heart of our operation. We apply precise heat profiles to transform the dense green beans into the brown coffee we recognize. Our goal is to develop and highlight the bean's unique, origin-specific flavors—whether it's notes of fruit, chocolate, or spice—while avoiding defects like charring or baking.

Quality Control (Cupping): We rigorously test every batch through a formal tasting process called cupping to ensure the flavour profile meets our high standards before it is packaged and shipped.

Packaging and Distribution: We package the freshly roasted coffee, often in sealed bags with one-way valves to maintain freshness, and then distribute it to their business clients.
