At Lymperis Estate, our family has been working with olive oil for four generations. Based in Askra, in the Valley of Muses, Viotia, Greece, we produce single-origin, monovarietal olive oil exclusively from the Megaritiki variety — a rare and ancient Greek cultivar known for its delicate balance of fruitiness, aroma, and mild peppery finish.

Our company is vertically integrated, managing every stage of production — from cultivating our own olive trees, to milling, bottling, and packaging — ensuring full traceability, consistency, and quality control.
