Organic 100% Sicilian Avocado

Grown under the Mediterranean sun of western Sicily, Tenute Caracci Organic Avocados represent the perfect fusion of Sicilian terroir and sustainable farming. Our production is fully managed in-house, guaranteeing traceability, consistency, and exceptional quality from the orchard to your table.

Hand-picked at the optimal stage of ripeness, our avocados ripen naturally for about two weeks, ensuring ideal texture and flavor while maintaining excellent shelf life and transportability.

The harvest season, running from October to March, allows us to offer fresh, seasonal fruit for almost six months of the year.

We cultivate three distinct varieties:

• Hass – with thick, rough skin and a rich, creamy texture, perfect for guacamole, salads, and gourmet recipes.

• Fuerte – smooth green skin, buttery and slightly sweet taste, ideal for refined dishes.

• Bacon – bright green, thin skin, and a delicate flavor, perfect for light meals or fresh snacks.
