Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) – The Highest Grade
Our EVOO is the pure, fresh juice of the olive, obtained solely by mechanical means with no thermal alterations. With exceptionally low acidity (below 0.8%), it offers a superior flavor profile and high levels of natural antioxidants. Perfect for gourmet dishes, finishing touches, and for those who seek the finest quality olive oil.
Virgin Olive Oil (VOO) – Versatile & Authentic
Our VOO is also naturally cold-pressed, delivering a pure and authentic olive flavor. With an acidity level of no more than 2.0%, it is an excellent choice for everyday cooking, sautéing, and frying—bringing rich olive taste to every meal.
