GRAPES VARIETAL: 80% Montepulciano – 20% Sangiovese ALCOHOL – SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12,5% Vol. – Serve at 10-12 °C VINIFICATION: The secret to obtain a good result lies in a short maceration with the skins; the must will thus acquire the right delicate pink color with fuchsia reflections and the typical varietal aromas, while maintaining a taste profile more similar to a white than to a red. TASTING NOTES: Colour: soft pink with violet reflections. Bouquet: fruity, intense bouquet with hints of peach and yellow melon. Taste: fresh, balanced, full-bodied and soft. PAIRING: It pairs well with various appetizers,minestrone, legumes, fresh cheeses. It pairs well with pizzas and is unsurpassed with first courses, especially those based on fish.
