Lessons learned leading product: from start-up to scale-up

At Scandit, a Zurich-based deep tech scale-up and ETH Spin-off from 2010, the way products are developed and brought to market has changed significantly from startup to scale-up. In this breakout session, Christian will discuss this evolution from a product organisation perspective. The session will cover pitfalls and lessons learned, the evolution of the product organisation over time, and best practices adopted along the way to develop new products and scale existing ones.
