Project Idea: Electric Mobility and Battery Innovation for Pakistan

Global Business Bridge is seeking a strategic investor and partner in Pakistan to launch an integrated electric mobility and battery production and eventually swapping platform in partnership with CONSTIN GmbH, a Berlin-based company with more than 30 years of experience in product design, engineering, prototyping, and flexible series production, operating under ISO 9001-certified processes. CONSTIN positions itself as a one-stop development partner from concept to prototype and production, which creates a strong foundation for local product adaptation and commercialization.

The concept focuses on two solutions. The first is an electric cargo mobility platform designed for practical, space-efficient transport of goods in dense urban environments and last-mile delivery applications. The second is a modular battery system built around the idea of standardization, swapping, and multi-use deployment. The broader vision is to create a battery ecosystem in which users can exchange discharged batteries for charged ones through dedicated battery stations, reducing downtime and making electric mobility more practical for commercial users.

We are looking for a Pakistani partner who can acquire the license, co-invest in prototype development, and work with us on local manufacturing, market rollout, distribution, and long-term scale-up. Pakistan offers a strong demand case in urban logistics, fleet mobility, energy resilience, and affordable electrification. With the right investor and operating partner, this project can become a scalable local manufacturing and technology platform with future export potential to Europe, provided the required quality and performance standards are achieved.
