EVER Corporation

My name is Kohki Tsuji, and I serve as the CEO of EVER Inc.

Our company provides BSL2-compliant shared wet lab facilities for science-based companies, particularly those in the fields of drug discovery, biotechnology, and medical devices. Our users range from early-stage startups in the seed round to large corporations utilizing our space for R&D and satellite laboratories.

Leveraging my own experience as a startup founder, we also operate as an incubator to support our tenant companies in scaling their businesses from Japan to the global stage.

In addition, we are actively involved in building a biotech innovation community in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, in collaboration with Kyoto University, the City of Kyoto, and global accelerators such as Plug and Play.

To further support the soft landing of international biotech and medtech companies in Japan, we offer a comprehensive suite of services including housing assistance, visa acquisition, company incorporation, bank account setup, and access to office and lab infrastructure.
