ETNA-AD
Chief Business Officer at Innodem Neurosciences
About
Technology: ETNA™-AD is an AI-powered, mobile digital biomarker platform for early detection and longitudinal monitoring of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Running on a standard iPad, it captures and analyzes eye-movement biomarkers (EMBs) via proprietary AI/ML models — requiring no specialized hardware or clinical infrastructure.
Differentiation: Beyond screening, ETNA™-AD supports differential diagnosis across AD, vascular dementia, Parkinson's/DLB, and FTD, as well as safety monitoring for patients on anti-amyloid therapies (ARIA detection). It operates as a scalable, non-invasive complement — or alternative — to MRI surveillance.
Development Stage: Clinical validation phase. Health Canada regulatory filing targeted Q1 2027, with pTau217 biomarker correlation data being generated (Roche Diagnostics assay). Leverages regulatory infrastructure from ETNA™-MS (Health Canada approved, FDA Breakthrough Device).
Partnership Interest: Innodem is seeking co-development and/or licensing partners for ETNA™-AD, particularly pharma companies active in anti-amyloid therapy, and diagnostic or health system partners with access to relevant patient populations. Geographic and indication-specific structures are open for discussion.
